Why are brown girls in fantasy games so much more attractive than the ones in real life? I know that everyone is more attractive in fantasy games, but there is something that is done to brown-skinned girls that make them feel a lot different those in real life. My theory is that since it's a fantasy world, the stereotypes that exist in real life do not apply, these characters act just like everyone else in that respective world. There is nothing we can associate to them and they end up being just as attractive as the rest of the characters, who most often act Japanese or follow white stereotypes (inspired by European folk tales and ancient fantasy literature).

You are partially correct, but the main reason is that they have Caucasoid features, like the majority of anime characters. They look exotic rather than like a different species of human.
