What do you think about them?

They're not Anglo-Americans.
They have a soul
>unique artstyle
Are you retarded? None of those is unique especially not valhalla
I wouldn't call Momodara "Unique"
They look more unique and stylish than your average American game
This
Shitskins don't have souls
>generic low-poly indie
>weebshit
>weebshit
>generic mobile game look
>bootleg warioware
The only visually interesting one is the game at the bottom whose name I can't remember
>[punches in spanish]
Vallahalla is funny because it was made when lots of Venezuelans were fleeing from Venezuela with nothing but services degrees you get from 6 month courses. I have 5 friends that fled with just a bartender course completed.
One of them works at a Marriot Hotel in Chile, I guess the devs went through the same as me.
There has to be other people developing games that we don't know about though. Argentina, Mexico, Chile and Brazil are the Tech Hubs in Latam, somebody must be making games there
Friendly reminder that:
Mexico has the cheapest vidya prices in Latin America and the most affordable ones
Mexico is also the Latin American country that had contributed the most to videogames
Just last year, we had the best indie game according to Suda51, it was so popular in Japan that it's getting a physical release via Play-Asia
gamefragger.com
destructoid.com
Guacamelee main creator and programmer is Mexican and it's a very successful indie games, it's getting a physical release
We have Kerbal Space Program, the best selling Latin American game on Steam and the most successful one, it has sold over 3 or 4 million copies
store.steampowered.com
The first videogame Latin American company is Mexican and it's called EVOGA, they worked with SNK
We had AAA Lucha Libre which is arguably the Latin American game with the biggest budget ever
Also we have created some games for PC and PS4 too

This one came to Switch/Xbone/PS4 and PC and got good reception, it's the best selling Latin American game on Nintendo e-shop and it's being published in Asia too

Not to mention that we have one of the best KOF AND SMASH players in the world
The guy who beat all licensed NES game is Mexican:

Also, Mexico is the biggest vidya market in Latin America
>Mexico has the cheapest vidya prices in Latin America and the most affordable ones
Nope. I have friends in Argentina that pay dirt cheap prices for newly released games in USD. I usually ask them to buy the games for me and I send them the USD.
I do admit that, compared to other latam countries (Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Perú) In México you can access vidya easily as every fucking store and kiosk sell giftcards, so if you don't have a credit card or you don't want to giveaway your banking info, you can just buy a giftcard.
Argentine economy is collapsing
Also, Amazon Mexico games are cheaper
>Mexico has the cheapest vidya prices in Latin America and the most affordable ones
We already went through this frijolero, thats false, chile has arguably better pirces
Mexico is closer to U.S and games are cheaper
I think the services thing applies more now, the first ones to leave were the ones with degrees including me
Tough at this point everyone and their dog is leaving, my dad will leave soon and live with me, hopefully he can find a job, hes an electrical engineer with literal decades of experience
To think it has come to this...
But the wages are on average lower than say, chile, meanwhile chile has low tariffs on imports meaning games are roughly just as cheap
Go perform some more human sacrifice spic.
Senpai whatchu talking about? Is not hard or expensive to get games in chile
Yes, and?
I dunno, cost of living in Chile is way higher than Mexico
numbeo.com
Where you dropped, boy? I moved to Mexico with my GF, hopefully I can bring my mom here the next year
So is the cost of living in the US, but once again, higher wages
>an unique
can third world faggots fuck off?
Well, I'm just talking about my friends' experience in Chile finding giftcards and whatnot, although almost none of them play vidya
You can buy steam, Nintendo, psn and Xbox giftcards in Chile in CLP?
That's because Mexico is a shithole my man.
I pray so you don't get beheaded on you way to the store.
Not that big honestly
>local purchase power in Chile is only 3% higher than Mexico
Meanwhile Cost of living in Mexico is cheaper
On average, new games in Mexico, (1200 MXN) are worth as much as a week of avg salary whereas in the US, it's just 3/4 of a day
Games in Chile are worth as much as 2 days of avg salary
Your argument of games being more affordable to the avg Mexican is false and can be debunked fairly easy
Mexico has among the lowest minimum and avg wages in the region. Colombians and Ecuadorians make on avg more than Mexicans.
The only thing México has going for it is that it has a border with the US and companies move to México for the cheap wages and taxes
Fuck off westacuck
New games in Mexico are 1000-1100
amazon.com.mx
We have some Jewish stores but overall, Mexico is the ones who buy the most games in Latin America per capita:
sandiegored.com
Dude, DMC V released at 1300,and RE2Make at 1200
But let's play along, it's 1100 MXN, still 4 days of avg salary in Mexico
Games in Mexico are not more affordable than in Chile, or the US, not for the avg Mexican, I'm living in Mexico and have visited lots of Latam countries, what you say about prives is simply not true
Yup, not on every kiosk but they aint hard to find, i saw some steam gift cards in a game store near tobalaba in santiago i think
And if you go to the eurocenter in calle ahumada is stores upon stores of vidya, consoles, tech support and game paraphernalia
I love going there but its not good for my wallet
>it's another latino gaming thread
basta de esta mierda
But still, Mexico is the country that buys most games because they're still more affordable than the rest of South America, Mexico is the biggest videogame market in Latin America.
Its the second most populous country in latam senpai, what did you expect? Doesnt mean they buy the most games per capita since the average mexie might find em too expensive
Be that as it may, that only means México has a more consumerist market, it doesn't mean it's more affordable
But it is
sandiegored.com
Mexicans are the ones who buy it most per capita
But whatever, you're just a butthurt sudaca
This
Puras mamadas de puto
>Muh representation
Grow a pair faggots
>Be that as it may, that only means México has a more consumerist market, it doesn't mean it's more affordable.
Well, if prices are more affordable, it means that people would buy them more
>be mexican
>get shot with all your family
>Be american
>Get shot at school
>Be euro
>Get trucked by a muslim
>Be chinese
>Get killed by an escalator
Truly the only safe place is antartica
Why is it that you Mexicans are always like this? Fuck, we don't care about México in SA, we don't care about you people, we don't talk about you people, we barely even mention you in memes
Jesus, I have been in Mexico for a year now and you people actually believe we care about you or we are jealous of you
We don't, stop being so self centered
Zeno Clash
>2012
Well its a source i suppose
Mexico surpassed Brazil as the first consumer market in Latin America, Mexico is still the ones who buy the most games
When did y'all fellow spicmen become able to afford videogames, I'm still burning ps2 dvds like it's 2006.
I don't, I wait for steam sales and only buy whatever is under 30 USD
KSP is my big timesink right now, as it was a few years ago in beta. Mega fun game. Still remember Yea Forums collectively figuring out how to get a stable orbit without all the guides and assistance they added on later.
>haven't spoken to my Chilean internet friend in three weeks
Miss you Matt
Mexican here
I don't even pirate anymore, I have like 70 games in my backlog
>Matt
Is he white? Jesus, they even name them like white people
I have more than 10o in the PC along, the worst part is that me and my brother share the pc since we both build it.
statista.com
What are these statistics taking into account and why is Venezuela over fucking Perú, Ecuador, etc?
I remember I was only able to buy games there with giftcards from Amazon
>matt
zorrón name
Well i checked for some other sources and it seems to confirm mexico is indeed has the most consumption of vidya per capita, at around 13 bucks, chile is second at 11.70
As of 2018
How do I get a Latin America gf?
>posting ksp
Thats hilarious, i think peru also has more population than 'zuela so that cant be it
I guess chavista croonies must buy a lot of vidya
It's interesting, I know some few Venezuelans that can afford a ps4
I know that feel
Pato box is pretty unique, it's 3D too.
Patobox was created by Mexicans and it got a physical release in Japan and it was Suda51 favorite game
>,Brazil
>low poly / pixel art
>unique
pick one
I pick two
>generic Anime art is unique now
Finished college

Guess what? His real name is Probably Matias (or Mateo if he's from a turbo catholic family of which there's a fuckload here) and he uses the english analogue because it makes him feel cool. We all do it. It's why i go by Phil instead of throwing Felipe at people like a brick.
Cool
