No I will not pay in advance for games that are marketed fraudulently and without demos.
I've bought over 10 games this year with this very method, never I would've bought those games if I didn't pirate them first.

I understand why people get up about this. They would like to be paid, and even if you think it's a donation, it's always nice to show appreciation for someone's hard work. They could've put in some cancerous DRM, but the good devs often won't. The ones that outright put their games on GOG should be commended for it, not punished.
