Been playing whatever Game Pass throws on me, also bought Prey 2017 on the cheap recently as well as RE2.

I literally picked mine up yesterday. It's so much easier on the hands than the Playstation style controllers I've been using and it only takes an hour to get used to it, definitely recommend. That said, get the ps4 version, it's compatible with ps3/4 and PC, I'm pretty sure that means it'll de facto work with xbox. It also has an option to reassign the shoulder buttons so that you have use of L3 and R3 which I don't see in your pic.
