It's the only Tsukihime related project that's been announced, so it's the only thing we have looking forward to. There are some stuff that can be improved upon the original. Such as fixing Ciel's route and Kohaku's route, the latter was rushed by Nasu because of the deadline. They could expand Nrvnqsr's role on the story, or hell even give Saachin her own route.
It hurts to think about the missed potential for a universe like Tsukihime. The reason I liked it more than Fate is because unlike servants who are based of mythological/historical characters, the dead apostles were entirely Nasu's original creation. The possibilities to expand on the apostle's stories were immense as they have no foundation or written backstory. But alas, it was never meant to be.
