You can only be sure if you run it in advanced mode and block 3rd party by default. Otherwise new stuff won't be blocked until it gets added to some list.

I have uBlock enabled, though, maybe that helps.
Hiro pulled something similar back in late 2017. Made me leave the site for a month.
When I returned, it was gone, but I guess uBlock simply got new filter lists.

You know, I still remember the days when one could leave the adblocker disabled on Yea Forums without having to expect third party tracking.
Now one cannot even post without it.
