i wouldn't call them forgettable but the enemies are a definite low point
anything that's not a cultist is extremely uninteresting to fight
there are like five variants on "small thing with a weak melee attack"
one boss is completely incapable of even hurting the player

Only LARPing zoomers think Doom is good, though. Quake is for men with taste
