I'm pretty sure she was the only fictional character in the dream. Seemed more like we worked in a big warehouse than an office and the underground facility was bigger than the main area. I do remember I wasn't exactly hired I was one of many people who was forced to work there. I was given a position of some authority for going along willingly though.
