some levels got patched to be made easier or harder, such as reducing the number of solutions to try to teach a gimmick like Prison

for that one you have multiple ways to go about it, but the intent is to teach you more about the MOVE block

Oh, I kept using Baba is Pull and having the ghost ferry me back and forth. That might help.

Also, you could try having a moving ghost pull you, which is what the level is implying.

Thats fair I guess. I was worried it's like another puzzle game I played years ago where people found a solution to a puzzlle the dev didn't intend, so he got insanely assblasted and changed the level so people couldn't do it anyway besides the one way he intended it.

I've been doing Baba is Pull, but I always end up too far over one way so trying to get the key just results in the flag hitting the skull.

Does anyone have an idea of how to beat Return to Scenic Pond? It is the same puzzle as the first Scenic Pond but you cannot move the Float text out of the way to collect the Flag. You also cannot move Flag to Win without Float because Skull has a Wall. This is driving me insane and I am completely out of ideas.

Well, definitely the rocks. I certainly can't push the hedges. I know I can shove the rocks into the water to fill some space, but stuck trying to figure out where I could do that somewhere it would be useful.

I was trying it a while ago trying to get text to overlap but I couldn't do anything useful with it.
If you could get Baba and Keke overlapping then you could use the skull to have both of them and together they could shunt the flag to flag is win.

You could do the Prison trick if you somehow got two characters to survive once you turn one into text on [Guy] Is Float, but I'm not seeing how you could manage that.

Overall I really have no idea.
At the moment I'm puzzled as to how to proceed on this one where the door is not pushable. I assume I need to move a rock after they're already on the empty tiles, but I don't see a way to do that.

The bonus levels aren't exactly harder. They just remix the layout of the level such that a different solution is required. Often you'll have already thought of the solution to the bonus level while playing the normal version.

Lateral thinking puzzles. You're dropped into a level with a bunch of tiles which [usually] refer to objects in the levels and condition tiles which, when arranged into a text string, change how the object in that string acts or reacts to other objects.
For instance, if you have the three tiles [ROCK], [PUSH], and [IS], arranging them into [ROCK][IS][PUSH] will allow whatever object you're controlling to move any rocks in the level.
It gets really fucking complicated as new object/condition tiles are introduced.

SWAP just makes the object swap places with something when you move, right? Trying to get an object on top of something that has swap was just a giant pain in the ass.
even the TEXT is SWAP and PULL trick used in a different area was fine. It was mainly just that first fucking volcano level that was aids, especially since the later volcano levels are actually really fun with shit like GROUP

line up water is sink horizontally
push the whole line into the water so "water" sinks into the water
you now have a 1 tile bridge, now make cog is sink
push the cog over the bridge and then into the leftmost skull to sink it

you don't need to activate water is sink to push words across

That didn't answer my question at all. Baba is You and Cloud is Stop are two rows away. To make Cloud is Stop and Baba is Stop happen without trhe Moon, you'd have to push Cloud Is Stop all over at once.

When Baba is You as well as is Move, you can move 2 tiles. I used that for the previous level, without seeing the easy cheesy solution. That said, I don't know how to solve this level yet.

assemble the WATER IS SINK on the other side so you destroy the WATER and not the SINK. you need the SINK not the WATER.

just remember that for every level that has LEVEL in it, you can beat it the normal way and get a dandelion or whatever the fuck the collectables for clearing a level are called

This was me, until I realized that going to new levels is easier and teaches you new tech for the harder older levels.

Ah, the patch notes mentioned they were fixed (or at least the achievements were). He may have forgotten to run a check on old levels, so I guess those achievements are locked out for me.

My flower count is one more than the number of levels with petals around them and one less than the number I've actually beaten.
I doubt it's Depths that's the issue.
