This is like 84,92% of video games my man. Most games feel incredibly disappointing if you expect anything out of them. Having low expectations has nothing to do with having your brain on or off though.

almost every immersive sim/crpg from late 90s-early 00s era is fun. they just cared. shame these games were often very bugged.

It's neo-fun if you think that it's fun without having played it. If you played it and can properly articulate why you were having fun playing it, then it's just a fun game to you.

The Star Control 2 remaster, The Ur-Quan Masters, is a lot of fun and it's free. Check it out, don't bother with the first game, it's not important to know anything about it.

Nu-fun should be split up into two. Because maybe league initially fit that description, but is now more of a "I've invested too much time and or money into this, so I can't stop playing" like WoW or Hearthstone

Our existence on this planet is a miracle. The incredible combination of chances that had to align to make us happen is almost impossible, and yet, here we are.

Not only that, but our time on this plain of existence, the one we now is at least real, is incredibly limited. We must savour every second of every minute of every day, because they're all unique, and we'll never get them back. We move forward to our inevitable deaths, but we must do it with pride and the knowledge that we did everything we could to enjoy our impossible, amazing, unique life.

And yet, with that very limited amount of time on this Earth, someone, some person, decided that a good use of that time, a good use of these very precious moments on this planet, should be used to create this image.
