LOTS of things
Now, don't get me wrong I really hope it will be good, but there is a lot of things they could fuck up. First up, to live up to Bloodlines the game would have to have more RPG elements than anything released in last, like 8 years.
Second, WoD atmosphere is really hard to grasp. They would have to go quite over the line, really pump up on the dark, dystopian version of everything that's fucked up in current society, from both sides and not in a comedic but mostly dead serious version of a satire(some jokes are obviously still welcome, but I'm talking about the general tone). I'm not sure whether they are able to do that or even understand how it should look like.
Then there comes an issue of it almost definitely being based on nuWoD lore which somewhat lowers the quality by itself
Still, I'm hoping up for the best, if they'll actually manage to make a worthy successor to Bloodlines it's going to be a fucking game of the decade for me

I'm kinda worried because it's Paradox and nuwod is kind of a downgrade from owod aside from mechanics.

From what i've seen the nuWoD mentions all the new social aspects but not worshipping it, please tell me if i'm wrong.

Pretty hyped, VTMB is one of my favorite RPGs, despite its broken, buggy and borderline unfinished state. A proper sequel would be absolutely amazing.

I agree that mechanic in Witcher 3 was shit but the other games didn't have it, at least not like it was in Witcher 3.

The reason why I think CDPR could make a proper vtmb game is because they're self-funded and have enough funding to take all the time they need, all while really respecting the source material.
I probably sound like a shill and while Witcher 3 is a little overhyped, the way they designed most side quests to the point of them being just as good (if not better) than the main quests.

They've also shown in W1 and 2 that they know how a proper RPG with choices/consequences and multiple paths should look like. Alternatively W3 kinda lacked that, but I guess it's mostly do to its scope and open world. But they can do it properly

It's made by Paradox so it'll probably be a low budget shovelware.

Paradox isn't in Japan or Eastern Europe but in fucking Sweden, so that's extremely unlikely.
