I'm a bball fan and i kinda liked playing 2k from time to time but after 2k14 they literally added nothing good. Just more microtransactions, some cringy ass memes and dialogs in mycareer and games legit got worse gameplay wise. They can literally update rosters with a patch like said and adding new animation packs shouldn't be too difficult but they know they can exploit the brainlets so they just pump out same game every year. I'm sure same goes for other sports games
