Some match and surpass its gameplay, but nothing can beat the build up, the music and the fucking story.

Raiden basically took up Armstrong's ideal of doing what he thinks is right. And Raiden already agreed a lot with what he said, but the whole child soldier thing? No.
It could be about dismantling another PMC or going after the state directly as "burn it down"
