bugman has a 7 point deficit to make up; I would +1 STR, +1 DEX, +1 INT, +2 WIS, +2 LUK

then that should be represented in gameplay somehow, eg. as a bugman you should actually get two characters with even more significantly reduced stats (eg. 3/5 other races or ~21/22 pts). actually that could be an even more fitting trait for darkman as the designated assault race/class, adding some complexity to what otherwise might be a comparatively very simple playstyle.

Probably human. Luck tends to be the best stats in MMOs, as crit tends to generally be better than raw stats.

I would consider darkman anyway, but CHA is almost always a dumpstat because most npc interactions can be circumvented entirely by interacting with players instead (ie trading instead of buying from vendors).
