For those interested, I have collected hints and leads to various fighters appearing as DLC, but for the sake of keeping my sources hidden, I will only give code names.
First of for those asking, yes there are more fighters passes planned in the event the main one does well. The remaining fighters aside from "Jack" (Joker), and "Brave" are "Soul", "Sandbox", and "Worst Nightmare". "Brave" was planned to be announced at the game awards but Joker took his place instead due to a last minute change by Nintendo and them wanting to hold off on announcing "Brave" till E3. "Brave" will be the last fighter announced.
The second pack will all tie to 1st party characters that are fresh in the minds of people due to announced or planned releases. The fighters are "Master", "Crests", "Hunter" "Artist", and "Rhythm". "Master" and the 2nd fighter's pass will be announced at E3 in Brave's trailer.
The 3rd's fighter pass focuses on 4 characters that are already in the game in some way, as Nintendo has noticed an outcry for these 4 and decided to save them for last as a test on how the other 10 would sell, and this pass will heavily rely on the outcry from fans on the previous ones. The fighters are "Servant", "Detached", "Dancer", and "Underdog". Now I assume some of you are wondering why I only said there were 4 fighters, that is because the last fighter in this ballot breaks "the rules" people put for Smash newcomers a bit. This character doesn't originate from gaming and instead is a Shonen Jump rep. I will not give a codename to them as that would easily give them away but I can safely confirm that the character is from a currently running manga and anime and that character is not from Dragon Ball, Naruto, One Piece, or Boku no Hero Academia. Sakurai pushed hard for this fighter as this is going to be Sakurai's final Smash game before he leaves the Smash series in the hands of someone else. This character will be the final character revealed.

I am sorry to say but Isaac was deconfirmed a while ago by a completely different source and it was explained why he was. Unless Nintendo comes out with a new Golden Sun game he isn't likely, and it's always possible if that does happen Matthew becomes playable instead of Isaac. I wish he gets his chance in the future however.
