Probably Oblivion. The world feels like the most peaceful. Overall the game has a really soft look to it. A few weeks ago some user said that oblivion looks a bit like those 90s 3D Renders and i think it's kind of true.

Definitely Oblivion so long as you don't unleash literal hell, but Skyrim with this ENBs can make the game feel like you're taking a foggy morning stroll outside your lavish cabin tucked away in a Cascadia forest.

>comfy
Oblivion>skyrim/morrowind>daggerfall>arena
All games have comfinezz, even arena has nice snowy themes

Oblivion, that's not even something that would be debated. Even people who think Oblivion is the worst in the series agree that it's the most comfy, it's just that's not what they consider important.

Daggerfall
But oblivion is the only one that's actually good.

Daggerfall
Any other answer is wrong and it's funny seeing zoomer fags ignore it because Oblivion was babby's first RPG

Don't make me install it again, damn it.

Skyrim. I want to live there.

Oblivion objectively, Skyrim if you like snow as I do.

Hurr me go big strong knight, Me go big sword and heavy armor huurrr

fpbp
Oblivion is just a beautiful wonderland. I feel happy just walking through the woods.

Daggerfall, followed by Morrowind
Oblivionfags are fucking deluded

Are you ok user?

The most comfy is definitely Daggerfall.

>clear consensus is established, at which point one autistic daggerfag tries to samefag to make it look like there's any meaningful dissent

shut the fuck up zoom zoom

You don't know true comfy until you've spent hours in a maze-like dungeon that traps you inside, have wandered for hours in an infinite plane, and then suddenly get ambushed by a lich that you can't even damage, bought a ship and traveled the world, or caught lychantropy and slaughtered millions for fun

Are Arena and Daggerfall still fun? I know their are free to download and it's still a few years until TES6 comes out. I enjoyed all Elder Scrolls Games so far (3-5)

Cyrodiil, Home...

Arena has some glaring issues, But Daggerfall is still really fun, just remember to save when you enter a dungeon, or get the teleport spell, Cause you WILL get lost.

Based. I love you Anons.

Though I like Morrowind the best, I feel like Oblivion is objectively the comfiest.

Thanks, thats what I heard most people say. Is Arena really that bad? If I would just play it for completion's sake/the story. How long would it take or is it not worth it and I would just torture myself?

Oblivion is immensely comfy. Morrowind is the best rpg, but oblivion is leaps and bounds more comfy.

It’s nice that oblivion also has fucking cities instead of the bullshit ramshackle towns of Skyrim (granted, oblivion still lacks the immensity of morrowind cities)

>hurr me need big magiks to win me like falshy lights pew pew xd

God, I hate that game.

Morrowind vanilla.
Skyrim modded

LGR's video sums it up pretty well, they made one for Daggerfall too which points out the differences

bullshit but ill bite
tell us about it user

Cool. Are there spoilers in this?

Oblivion still has the comfiest fucking rain and thunderstorms.
>watching the tallest trees of the coast sway like motherfuckers as wind whips around and the sky flashes, total darkness other than the torchlight of one Imperial patrol on horseback

Moddedrim

It's a good thing you're anonymous

nah

how can a game be so comfy yet so shit at the same time

While that may be true about some Skyrimfags Oblivion came out in 2006. Even if your first Elder Scrolls game was Oblivion you would have to be born at the very least in 98 to be able to play the game. It's not like kids pick Oblivion up first anyway, every time I talk to somebody they have no idea that there's other games in the series aside from Skyrim.

but Oblivion is most unstable of the lot, it can't be comfy if it crashes every half an hour.

Oblivion

Morrowind too hard to be comfy, Skyrim too bad

>too hard

>morrowind too hard

I tried Arena and while the concept was cool at the time the game is incredibly difficult and it severely limits you on what you can do because you can't look up or down. The gameplay just feels too restrictive.
I have never played Daggerfall either I have been meaning to. Looks pretty fun desu.

I find Oblivion is incredibly stable. I'm replaying now actually. Coming back to it I find my biggest gripe is the difficulty spike once you hit level 15. It's frustrating having to fuck with the difficulty slider constantly while travelling because all the monsters constantly rape my ass while the bandits are way too easy.

I did try to replay it last summer, very crash prone on my system. I didn't even get more mods than better LoD texture.

You missed the best track.

Don't know what to tell you bro. Maybe something to do with the load order? I've never had any problems with the game unless I have like 50 mods installed.

Oblivion if only for the OST.
Skyrims towns and cities outside of riften are somehow more dull and lifeless than oblivions
in terms of balanced atmosphere morrowind>oblivion

Attached: Lk0s4Q[1].jpg (1680x1050, 512K)

My fave Elder Scrolls Game still is Morrowind. But it aint as Comfy as Oblivion. It had a depressive atmosphere.

The Atmosphere was ten times better in Morrowind, even the Towns were a way better experience.

I don't understand people who use DoF and desaturate colors using enb.
