I like the shape of the SDT horns. The bottom two are particularly reminiscent of the 3 DT design horns.

I originally hated this design compared to the Kaneko designed ones, but after I noticed Dante's longcoat are actuality his wings closely wrapped around his body, I grew to like it a lot.

I wasn't too crazy about it either, but now I'm starting to like it more and more.

Shame it’s coming out so late. DMD has me burned the fuck out on playing the game proper. I hope they reduce the HP values or defense boost when enemies DT. Cause this is a flat out slog to kill things.

DMC 2 had the amulet partially customize the DT and DMC1 and DMC3 had the trigger change with the weapon equipped so I could see something like that being possibly implemented.

Dante and Vergil are kind of super special to be able to attain Sin DT.
Lucia while awesome shouldn't be able to achieve it.
Think she could use a modified version of 2's amulet system instead.

I believe his spectral bringer wings will remain a constant for him.
His physical body devil bringer (his right and and his DT'ed arms) themselves changed a bit between games but they are still recognizable as a whole. The hand is now fully scaled instead of covered a fully exposed glowing palm like in 4.

While it's a longshot I hope he can get new devil arms through the series to help further evolve his DT.
He needs a set of Gauntlets and a set of boots at least.

Overall I think he'll be like Vergil though, with his DT only doing minor changes through the series.

Because you’re forced to fight a boss level enemy with just one summon? DMD jacks their health up to insane levels, previous difficulties were fine because they didn’t take forever. It feels like a boring slog and it’s hard to keep either of the lesser 2 alive when it’s just one of them

Around that time I think they originally had the DT's basically amount to actually transforming into the Demon.
Thus the Sparda DT being exactly what Sparda looked like.
Okay to elaborate.
You can probably get a decent image of Alastor's DT because he has Arial rave and when you're flying you're constantly transformed.
For Ifrit though I don't think there's something that can passively keep you in that form like Alastor.
Perhaps you can get a good shot while charging but it might still be obscured by effects.

It's similar to how Nero's DT phantom only appears when attacking in DMC4 in retrospect.

No, the whole point of V is that he has to rely on his summons. I like how weak he is without them, and I wouldn't want them to diminish his reliance on them by giving him an option to have a strong offense himself.

While Vergil's Sin DT is overtly a modified version of his 3 DT, I do like how Dante's Sin DT is a combination of his 3 and 4 design. Those horns on the side remind me of the sides of the "helmet" bit of his 3 DT at least.

I think it has double the health of a normal Proto Angelo because you're supposed to have V or Nero with you for it. Other Proto Angelo's on DMD definitely don't have that much health, though they still have too much.

based on how well you styled on enemies. Not using items gets you a multiplier. I think not getting hit gets you a better one.

Not taking damage gives you double your points, and that's on top of the 1.2x bonus from no continues that you're bound to have at that point. If you really want to cheese it you can just revive with red orbs seeing as it makes the game easy and doesn't take away your 1.2x no continues multiplier.
