None of the recent WWE games have much meme potential compared to 2k11 and 2k14, but on consoles the servers are down for 2k14 so anything you want you have to make.

A lot of people have moved onto Fire Pro World on PC/PS4/Xboner, which is simpler graphically but is way more customizable with things like programmable AI, full moveset detailing, custom finisher names, etc. It's worth looking at.
