A lot of sub groups got hired on for official work by crunchyroll. Mine did for some subs we did for YYH and MSG, while we were part way through a LOGH OVA series subbing.

Generally speaking I agree with a lot you put in here but there are some things that I would change (as you mentioned we would want to do).

8 Warriors (3 tank / 5 DPS)

6 Mages (Only 1 mage can get Ignite later on per mob)

5 Priests (4 Heal / 1 Shadow)

5 Warlocks (You do pretty insane damage later in Naxx)

3 Hunters (Tranq rotation can be sketchy with only 2)

3 Druids (All healers)

4 Paladins

You really should all KRs after Gaim, except for Ghost are fucking stellar.

You want to have at least 40% of your party to be able to stand in the front line. So some kind of tank would be ideal, along with another melee fighter. The second one can be armor or dodge based to mitigate damage, but they need to be able to stand in the front lines without being crushed. You obviously need a healer and an offensive magic user of some kind. If your party has a 5th slot, then it can go to any kind of flex teammate. A bard, dancer, ranger, or any other class that offers some utility instead of just doing one of the four other roles.

You take the realigned villainous vixen, then take the time mage, use the time mage to un-realign the vixen, then bring the gentleman warlord and take over the world. Lastly you'll need the dwarf tinker because every evil organization needs a mad scientist.
