Forest temple has creepy music and just an in general creepy vibe. It feels vaguely evil, but you really can't pinpoint exactly why. Perfect execution in atmosphere.
Shadow Temple is really only creepy in the beginning with dead hand, and dead hand is already kind of spoiled for you in the bottom of the well.
