I get the feeling that you tried to incorporate her wings into the picture at the very start. Thing is, if the wings aren't interacting with anything in the picture, you can draw them last. Don't need to plan around them as they're more for framing and are an important detail, but not the most important part
Given the reference you used, her face is fine, her features are a little sharp.
Kudos to you for getting the designs on her legs right and fitting them into the flavor of the picture. Also her height, if thats a standard Q-Tip is about right too. Airy is usually drawn as if she's a barbie doll, but she's close to 2-3 inches tall. Good job being bold enough to draw hands, not many people here are brave enough to do so. she's missing a finger from her left hand

I disagree. I know several people who started with Persona 5. They either played Golden if they had a PSP, or just stopped because the only "recent" versions of 3 are on the PSP or FES for the PS2. I've never met someone who played 5 then EVER touched 3.
