I'd say Camp Guardian is pretty obscure. It's far enough away that most people probably wouldn't stumble across it.

The searchlight airport was really cool. I thought I'd get some neat ruins to explore. But it was totally empty with no interiors.

There is some thing I'm probably forgeting, this game just has too much content to remember. It's not just location too, there is always some much stuff laying around, like you wondering around and notice something that is just "there is some shit hidden here" written all over it and what do know, there is. You follow some radioactive ditch on the way to the Primm and there useful shit at the end of it. There is lots of coves, like the one near LR location where you can get NCR armor early on. There is duffel bag behind Yangtze memorial with Plasma rifle and shack nearby. There is different ways to finish quests like spying on Legion camp and wiping it out without single shot fired. You can clear out Black Mountain without killing anyone. Shit, I can go forever.
