All of those are complete cancer except the second and third. Even then r/games is only good for getting good vidya related articles and sales information and r/pcgaming is only tolerable in short doses. As far as actual forums go none of those are great examples.

I'd argue it's the same for boards like Yea Forums and Yea Forums, maybe even Yea Forums. You get a lot--a LOT of shitposts and trash in general-- but overall you can find a few people willing to share honest thoughts and recommendations. DMCV threads, for example, are currently the best threads on Yea Forums right now. People helping each other with tips on missions, how to deal with enemies, discussing story stuff. All of that with the unspoken rule of not shitting up the thread on purpose for the sake of one-uping each other with cynical/ironic memes just because. It's neat while it lasts.
