I'd make a bullet-hell game. Pic related. Multiplayer slightly lower because a 2nd player typically reduces high-scoring potential. (though it's still fun to fly around and blow shit up with a friend) 1 for both graphics and story since it would be sprite-based and have a half-assed excuse for a story. Music would be top tier, so would replayability because of the gameplay mechanics and scoring system.
