where does the +10 marksmen come from

Bows cant be enchanted with on-hit, so you should go with constant agility, min to max. Just reequip it until you roll the highest roll.

You can alternatively use MGSO 3.0 which is a compilation of different graphics mods (not all the same as from the guides) and it self installs with you just choosing various options in the installer but a lot of the mods are outdated. It still works though.
