She's okay but she's too cringe to like seriously

she seems like she would be a butt slut. pic unrelated.

literally everyone loves yukiko but rise is just so sweet and tempting

give me 3 reasons she is a better choice than the other p4 girls

Butt I do like Yukiko

Attached: 33k877c.png (1200x670, 472K)

Hot as fuck, but boring and cringe.
still 3rd best girl tho

I'm incapable of liking female characters that aren't walking memes.

Shes not Chie, but at least she isn't Rise.

Attached: 3a.png (1024x1280, 774K)

Because the only justification for liking her is this image everyone always posts when talking about her.
It's a strong argument but it isn't enough

M-More?

I lile Chie more because I can imagine the smell

But I do

Yukiko is so fucking hot.

I do. She has yamato nadeshiko goodness with added eccentricity to spice it up. Her character design is also gold.

But she's the best

I don't like her personality but she is hot. Especially with the glasses.

>Jamal-kun
Delete this.

She's a vapid one dimensional excuse of a character who has no emotional depth or conflict beyond a one sided dissatisfaction with inheriting her families business. Keep in mind we don't ever actually SEE her being forced into this choice by her parents whom we never actually see, so basically she comes across as a whiny brat who's tossing a fit because she has to do her chores.

To post a counter example, Michel from P2 HAS a dream he wants to pursue but his father, whom we do see, berates and abuses him into taking over his business to the point where the kid is absolutely terrified of the man.

Larry, much like the rest of the P4 cast are not characters. They don't face hardship. They don't change or go through real arcs. They're all vapid mannequins who exist for lonely weebs to draw fanart of and pretend they have friends who hang on the every word of theirs.

Also the game would have ended almost immediately if she didn't somehow magically forget important information about the original victim. Like seriously. Week one.

Bah

I actually quite like her demeanor, and she is hot on top of it. Would live a quiet life with.

but I do,
she's the best.

>Classical Asian dance: Graceful and beautiful
>Modern Idol crap: flail around in such a way that a white girl would think your moves are wack.

You know you're trying to discuss this to a bunch of p4 fan boys. P4 is a typical anime trope, that's why it's the worse in the series. But good explanation.

Because Yukiko 2.0 is 15% better.

Attached: hifumi.jpg (850x602, 133K)

Because she's a boring slut who's only quirk is that she laughs randomly

> better
> not even playable.

s-stop it user

Because Amanda Winn Lee is nuts.

Even by standard anime tropes it's banal though. Like seriously, not a single one of them has ANYTHING going on. I say this a lot but I have to wonder how different the story was in the early phases. You remember how like EARLY early in the game, all the stores were in dire straights and Yosuke was dealing with the girl he liked being murdered? The fuck happened to that? Like as soon as you get to the first dungeon it's like everyone forgets everything, Junes is now SUPER COOL FUN HANG OUT and instead of watching a small town die to modernization we get LOL KITTY PANTIES!

Is Yukiko a size queen?

But Yukiko has been my wife for years now.

>Japanese
No.

She's not picky

Jamal-kun has excellent taste.

Is she into sph at least?

That image set keeps me warm on lonely nights.
It's a bit too bad that she has ZR in it instead of her proper pantyhose, but it's still some great, lovey-dovey vanilla.

Reminder that Yukiko's chastity was pried open by Morooka's bare huge veiny wrinkly cock. He was the only man to experience the unbelievable tightness of her hymen and the only man to witness how her purity's blood was imprinted on his cock

>lovey-dovey vanilla
You absolutely wonderful person.

Would you become an Amagi though, user?

>Yukiko Ymous
I dunno, it has a nice ring to it

user, you have a revered inn to run. A rebranding would be even worse than Junes taking over the town.

You know, you're actually advocating for different stories to be more similar to each other with your arguments here.
Parents, especially the sole proprietors of a huge inn, are busy people- more so in Japan. There's a modern Japanese trope that involves media in which children (usually young adults) are practically left to their own devices. You NEVER see the parents.
Consider Welcome to the NHK, a show about a NEET hikkikomori. Those type of people are financially dependent on their parents for literally everything, but (it's been awhile since I've seen it) we never even see his parents ever because he lives alone in an apartment under a living allowance.
So, do we need to actually see the conflict between her and her parents for it to be believable? Japanese media answer this question in a variety of ways, but what would make one method better than the other?
Focus not on what we don't see, but what we do see. We see the toll this conflict takes on Yukiko, both physically and mentally.
I mean, for fuck's sake, Persona is very unambiguous about the mental state of someone with a palace.

Attached: l.png (435x331, 89K)

>if you're not from a broken home are you even really ALIVE
Nigga shut the fuck the fuck up, Yukiko didnt need her character arc to be about finding out she was actually being brought to be the madame of her secret brothel prostitution ring inn you dumb fucking idiot and her mom locks her 3x3 foot room when she misbehaves

And if you think her problem was "doing chores" then it makes me wonder if you even played the fucking game because if you were too stupid to get her issue throughout the game then I question how you were able to type all that, though the schlock you said isn't doing any favors for your intelligence anyway.
Yukiko's problems, like every other character, and the whole fucking theme of the game in fact, comes from an internal struggle.
Because your thought processes are no higher than a fucking animal's apparently, you can't even begin comprehend the idea of an internal conflict so you dismiss it completely. Imagine missing the point of like 65 hours of this 70 hour game.

Oh more proof thanks. Yeah the story starts out with external struggles, hell the whole game is framed around an external struggle against the killer, but the character arcs and everything else is based on internal struggles stupid.

How ironic that you would call the characters in P4 vapid mannequins, when according to you a character should be nothing more than a reactionary plot device.

She became a literally nothing character after her dungeons. Just there to laugh like a retard.
You know, like how Chie became nothing but a bitch to call out Yosuke.
Persona 4 really has the worst characters in the series. I'd fuck Yukiko.

Yukiko's laughter is a treasure.

Attached: 1522231988940.jpg (567x443, 189K)

It's hilarious that he wants any focus on Junes to be this sort of dramatic ham-fisted rebuke of modernization when he describes basically the reason big stores like that kill mom and pop stores with his interpretation of the game (at first, people don't like the big store but eventually everyone accepts it and it just becomes part of daily life while the old stores are considered inconvenient).
Hell, the first time Junes is mentioned is when Nanako sings the jingle from the tv ad for the store. So it's not even originally framed from a perspective of "awww geez, ain't big business just awful?"

>Focus not on what we don't see, but what we do see. We see the toll this conflict takes on Yukiko, both physically and mentally.

WE DON'T SEE ANYTHING. We see her have to miss out on the food court and do her job and one new caster who is looking for a sound bite say something but we don't actually ever see her situation forced on her. The whole game is an exercise of telling over showing. The hardships are invented based on only the characters personal interpretations.

Way to jump to extremes, retard. I didn't say she HAD to be abused but they DO have to show her parents actually forcing this shit on her if we're supposed to take it seriously. There is no internal conflict. A character is introduced, they go missing and then you do social links for the whole month and when you finally do rescue them they spill their guts about their whole problem, get over it instantly and then if you want any more out of them you have to side content because apparently a 70 hour game can't integrate it's character growth into the narrative properly.

Yes and then we get a massive bit of information about the store killing the city and causing everyone to resent Yosuke and his family. Nanako's a dumb kid, she just likes the jingle because she's too innocent and naive to see the effects of it going around her.

It is for me. Dont be so harsh on yourself
