Last Christmas I literally spent 200 bucks buying games I pirated and finished before.
I pirate games as a demo, so when I like them I usually buy when it goes on sale.

Forgot to mention I got Re2 remake last month and was hooked fast and damn it was good from start to finish. Masterwork game, enjoying it way more htan DMC V thus far.

Almost got a refund of this game. Not because I didn't like it, but because I spend 2 days searching how to make it work on my PC and I felt completely hopeless. Luckily for me, the key I got was from retailers so I couldn't apply for a refund since it was already linked to my steam profile. And even better was the fact that soon after failing to get a refund I managed to stop it from crashing.
