That one guy who didn't organize his tomes as a 2x2

1x4, right side is the correct choice and everything else is pure garbage

>tome of identify
How new can you get?

This man gets it

My man.
Theres a ton of 3 high shit and barely any 2x2.
1x4 is better.

I haven't played D2 in at least a decade, what's wrong with having a tome of identify?

you've gotta be totally retarded to do this. only 1x4 makes sense.

>tomes on the right
>charms on the right, just beside tomes
>all new items start from the left
Comfy as fuck seeing newly picked up items start in a clean corner of the inventory

It's absolutely useless. Most of what you find is garbage. Things that aren't garbage you can bring to Cain with one town portal to identify for free.

>when your pimped out character couldn’t pick up shit because of all the charms cluttering the inventory
God I hated that

charms are a prime example of absolutely stupid design philosophy.

1x4
Right side
Identify on top

They should have made a separate tab for charms only, I have no idea why anyone thought having them fill the inventory was a good idea.

>Having a tome of identity
I hope you didn't do this

>wasting time going to town when you can ID in transit

Because its a trade off. Power over convenience. It works fine.
Besides, when you know what you're doing you're not going to be picking up much anyways, and what you do pick up you identify and decide to drop it on the spot or not. Only so many base item rares worth picking.

fpbp as usual
op is a fag as usual

if you are not going to town every 45 seconds you are legitimately wasting time

Is nobody else going to point out how stupid this post is?

This is indeed the superior setup of pure blood aryans

>that guy who played for thousands of hours but never found a high rune.
not me! I found a Sur and Jah rune.

>cube on top left corner
>tomes in 2x2 under the cube

>ID in transit
What would you even want to ID? If you are going for gold, the only things worth it are wands and staves. Uniques you can recognize by item type. The only thing that could be worth identifying are charms and you don't find those in large quantities. Meanwhile, those two slots could be used for charms that give you resists or stat bonuses.
TLDR; You sound like somebody who didn't even finish the game

Grim Dawn made me realize just how little inventory space you have in D2, it's crazy. You need like ten mules, more if you collect rares.

Ah finally someone got caught in my carefully planned web of trickery and ruse heh

Correct, far right keeps them out of the way of the new items you pick up. OP is a fucking idiot

Found a single high rune, I forget which but it let me deck out a lightsorc with an infinity merc and some more items for my the sorc

>all these casuals who didn't even finish Hell

that's crazy because an infinity takes 2 hrs itself.

scrolls goes into the belt unless you're a fucking retard

You mean if you are retarded

>minor healing potions with scrolls

What a difficult challenge it is to finish Hell!

>not living dangerously with stamina potions in all slots
git gud

how the fuck do you play without rejuvs on 4

you're not living until you go full antidote

>not just spamming 30 stam pots before going out and keeping thawing and antidote in belt

I think Amazon sucks!

Completely forgot you had stamina. What the fuck was the point of that?

replenish the sprint bar

>playing maggot lair as pally
>some druid decides to keep running in front and stopping mid tunnel to twiddle his thumbs while his pets take forever to kill the bugs
>end up having to fight a mob coming up behind us
>druid starts to try to flee running into me and dies
>cast portal and keep fighting
>guy comes back right as we aggro a champion mob
>stands there with the empty tunnel behind him now at 10%hp
>this nigga serious?
>still get pummeled to 5%
>start trying to retreat
>druid refuses to move spinning his guy in circles and typing LOL
>throw up TP and go through
>"X has died to a Sarab demon"
>"X has left the game"

laughed a bit at that

Thats what path of diablo does and its great

Don't mind me, just the first casual filter in the game. Easy mode for the real pros. Hope you faggots like knockback stun and holy freeze aura!

I love Baal Runs 2: Lord of Destruction!

she really does!

it's unfortunate her best role is covering lightning element attacks in a baal run

The best in slot items can be rares / magic items, and so identifying those in transit makes sense because they can drop more often... I.e rare boots

>they can drop more often
Not often enough to justify wasting two spaces

>ident tome
Yea Forums can't really be this bad at video games right

>still carrying an identify tome
Fucking casuals.

Identify tomes are efficient you noobs, hence why speedrunners use them.
