Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood could have made a great JRPG.

>alchemy for character specific skills
>numerous locales in the plot can serve as dungeons
>a large cast of villains for boss fights
>a fight with a being that claimed god's power near the end of the story

I want a CGDCT life simulator

It has a game it's called Etrian Odyssey

There is a FMA GBA game that does all of this.

last exile

Attached: 78654789876.jpg (1920x1080, 204K)

But the game I envision would be an open world survival game.

Basilisk

Vatican Miracle Examiners adventure mystery game. Solve the puzzles. Throw acid at Hitler's frozen sperm clone mpd baby. Debate using a monkey in a bag.

>my nigga.

Attached: fuck yeeah..gif (355x225, 1.5M)

Now that's a blast from the past. Would it go the Crimson Skies or the Ace Combat route?

I JUST want a good game that happens to looks anime.

Dororo

Attached: 1538722120269.png (335x322, 92K)

could be a lot of things, i was thinking a hybrid like asscreed odyssey, either fly a vaanship or be a soldier in one of their aid battle, the dudes who stand off and fire the gas-powered rifles at each other.. do boarding actions, things like that.

*air battles

>Would it go the Crimson Skies or the Ace Combat route?
Fuck that shit imagine basically burnout style races down the tight alleyways. Or the literally Sky Wars. dam that would be pretty sweet.

Redline, if they could nail the look.

What is FGO

Real game
not gachashit

A Vatican Miracle Examiners game would be wild and probably use bizarre adventure game logic for all of its puzzles.

Attached: WEG Vatican.png (1100x500, 640K)

I wish Last Exile didn't lose momentum in the last third. The villain was incredibly dull.

>Brotherhood

Solve the puzzle in the room of death in time or you all drown. PS the hallucinations were from the cocaine in the ceiling.

Attached: 1505542977173.jpg (1280x1440, 565K)

That sounds like F-Zero with more varied vehicles and maybe combat. Lynchman and Johnny Boy are already F-Zero characters.

SORE DEMO ODORI TAKATTA

A Fafner strategy game about fighting increasingly overwhelming odds while trying to juggle different ends of the island to defend, while managing the health of your pilots who are slowly dying from using their mecha no matter what you do.

Cowboy Bebop
>space hub world
>missions consist of main plot advancement
>get sub bounty contracts for extra money to purchase new food to produce status buffs and unlock additional content
>play as spike, jet or faye, with playstyles differing between the two
>levels are branching 2.5D urban platforming and 3D space flights
>story is set over a period of time not shown in the anime (like the movie) so as not to fuck up the mainline cannon to bad.

Attached: 1537414309890m.jpg (1024x725, 96K)

well its funny you say that because i never saw it on tv, i bought the dvd's but after the first 3 which had like the first 12 episodes maybe? i lost track of it and never got around to finishing. but what i saw was fucking badass, inspired me to be an aircraft mechanic on a carrier actually since i watched it in high school.

>The villain was incredibly dull.
It wasn't about the villain it was about that huge ass space ship in the middle of the storm. n shit

Durarara game on the Yakuza engine.

Guyver, Devilman, Slayers

Desert Punk

Porko Rosso and that Nausica: Valley of the Wind or what ever it's called.

I had an idle thought a while ago that I wanted to explore FMAB's world with friends like an mmo or some kind of multiplayer rpg. The anime's art and music made the place look too damn comfy.
Adding on to OP's question, what games would make a good anime?

Attached: FMAB-25-1038x576.jpg (1038x576, 75K)

Evangelion game made by Platinum Games when?

Like car mechanic simulator, but you fix up broken robot waifus instead.
You can even kit them out with non-standard non-human looking parts, and keep some of them on to help you do more complicated or precise repairs

Attached: 1467940352441.jpg (2325x1289, 357K)

to be honest I liked the musical composition of the 1st anime better.

Made in Abyss game would be literally Etrian Odyssey 3 with a special yggdroid protagonist.

It already has two games retard

>you can never beat the game and you die anyways

>Adding on to OP's question, what games would make a good anime?
Bloodborne!

I'd love a GLT game but I'm not sure how you'd balance out the fact that pretty much the entire game would be scrounging through massive deliberately repetitive environments.

This.
Give me this, in a game.

A One Punch Man game where you play as Genos

Looks like absolute trash

The potatoes are NOT dead.
You hear me?
They were picked up by a reconisence flight from a neighboring super structure once at the top, and are now living out their lives as normally as girls their age should!
Look, even official art from the artist says it's true!

I'm not sure that you'd be able to fit that much edge on a disc.

OPM played completely straight without Saitama seems like it would be missing the point.

Perhaps as some sort of arcade dungeon crawler maze action game.

Attached: Druaga.png (720x1917, 1.26M)

Oh it is, for sure.

Dungeon Meshi, either in the style of an action game like Dragon's Dogma (with more dungeon crawling) or a turn based dungeon crawler like Etrian Oddysey.

RAD style mecha game with incredibly clunky controls.

You can already headcanon away a similar adventure while playing EO2/5 or something given their food mechanics.
EO2U even has tons of food related banter.

A lot of the RPG parodies would work well as RPGs. I would, unironically, like to see a game where Megumin could only cast one spell before self KO'ing herself and then you, the player, trying to find a way to actually use that spell and have it be effective.

Attached: amused endros.jpg (1478x1080, 347K)

so angry birds then?

Not really; using the example of Konosuba that I cited, you then have to handle Darkness' accuracy of 5% or Aqua's inability to listen to instructions. I would imagine a lot of people would just use Kazuma and have him, attempt to, solo everything and treat the others like Sora treats Donald and Goofy.

literally rain world

A Layzner game full off all of the spectacular Arial manouvers that the SPT's perform, where you have to manage your resources like ammunition and energy over the plot of the series. Bonus points if it features the cancelled third story arch.

youtube.com/watch?v=kPALe1jTRzk

Using V-max would be cool in a modern game

>Outlaw Star.
Imagine Space and shit. Explore planets n shit.
>Samurai X
But create your own character. And learn your own path.

Deathsmiles themed Nier Automata with Ninja Gaiden II elements.

Gauntlet: Dark Legacy but a Roguelike with actually good Hack N Slash
Or a vastly more sophisticated Baroque (remake)

There literally is one. It was even available for cheap recently on indiegala.

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu

A boy has a right to dream...

what game?

Man, EO shilltards are fucking annoying as fuck. MIA not only focuses on the dangers of the Abyss but also its beauty. How the fuck is EO supposed to convey bizzare biomes in MIA when the dungeons in EO games are literally just fucking narrow corridors and the only different between each levels are just different coloured wallpapers and tiles? And there's no verticality in exploration in EO because all you do is walking down the corridors until you find the stairs to go to the next level, which defeats the purpose of Reg having grappling hook hand.

Weirdly enough, I think that the Holy Grail War works best as either spinoffs (See: Carnival Phantasm) or as a visual novel. The interesting part is the characters involved in the battle-royale and their interactions. Spinoffs are light-hearted enough you can get away with throwing a bunch of characters into a kart racer and have fun with inter-character banter, but a more conventional HGW has a huge advantage with the limited linearity of a visual novel format and internal monologues allowing exploring the effects the battle royale has on those who take part.

It's not a real game, but I want it to.

I just REALLY like modern-day settings that have an underflow of supernatural or unnatural bubbling to the surface. Any games like that? I don't even mind visual novels, I just really like the way shows like DRRR do it.

Symphogear

hell yeah.

>It already has two games retard
but no Cowboy Bebop games in English

From where I dropped it that's exactly what OPM was turning into. It stopped being interesting following Saitama because we knew how it was going to end. Knowing that Saitama was out there to One Punch something when things got important lent far more weight to the other fights where he didn't get involved, because there was a chance that every fight was just setting up for Saitama to show up and auto-win.

>piloting grappler ships
>competing in races
>going up against the myriad factions, joining one or making your own
>pretty varied character builds from tech-based gunslingers to samurai assassins to wizards that use Tao magic
>motherfucking caster guns
>brown amazoness catgirls
I wanted this when Toonami replayed the series a couple years back and I still want it now.

A game in the Kerberos universe would be ace.

>Adding on to OP's question, what games would make a good anime?
Megaman X or Zero
Either of those series could be fun
Maybe even megaman Legends for some goofy "Volnutt and gang get into some trouble" anime fun
