The game makes it pretty clear that Jin and co. aren't better than Amalthus at all, and their actions aren't anything that deserves forgiveness. Jin's motivations for killing Haze/Fan might be understandable considering what he knows, but it doesn't make it justified.

Serious question guys, I know I'm supposed to finish Ursula's quest before going in NG+. But what if I haven't started it at all? Should I go with it in NG+, or is it easier/quicker to do it in my current save while I'm endgame before overwriting it?

If you haven't started it at all you can go ahead and start NG+, since Ursula's quest can be started really early on in the story (chapter 3). The only reason people recommend that you finish it before NG+ is because quest progress is reset, so you aren't losing anything if you haven't started the quest at all.

Lot more fun. You actually feel like you get stronger as you go on, bexp is something worthwhile to use, and boss fights last longer than 10 seconds after you get Mythra and chain attacks.

I haven't played around with them too much, I felt that the enemies' hp is generally fine, but wanted then to hit harder. I think I raised their attack power and frequency by 3 or so. I'll probably test some of the other settings. The chain attack multiplier I'll probably lower a bit

I try to follow the markers for main quests and I'll go from like lvl 15 enemies to lvl 30 or something and lose my bearings trying to navigate around that area.
