TSTriples are not that good at high level play, sure they send a huge ton of lines but the setup requires you to pull off some cosmic brain shit. Doing consecutive T-Spin Doubles is much more efficent

Yeah, the lettering designation is just the most neat and clean way to identify each tetromino. If they were just called line piece, squiggly, reverse squiggly, and square it wouldn't sound as clean.

Started playing tetris this year, after about 100 hours I am 1:54 in sprint. How do you get better? Should I just grind to improve my speed or learn to set ups while going along. Watching other video's is illuminating as fuck, but my speed always goes down.
