A. Your video game waifu/husbando of choice gets transported from an alternate dimension where she/he is real for we reason likes exactly a guy/girl like you. She can go back to her/his dimension whenever she/he wants but unfortunately you canto follow. So she/he may from time to time visit her friends in the other dimension but will in general spend most of her/his time whit you. (They are also in to anything you are in to). You can also have children whit them regardless of her race or species who can also travel between worlds but you still can not.
B. A cute non human non animal like character (No Pokemon!) from a video game of your choice from another dimension where he/she is real gets stuck in our world and you join forces to help him go back to his world its a relatively easy quest after which you become best friends and he can once a month transport you to there world for up to 3 days (Time stops in our world while you are there) where you sometimes may go on a adventure which no mater how badly goes will always turn out ok. Outside of this they can and will visit you in our world often to hang out and play games etc. They also enjoys hugs and snuggles but no homo/lesbo. (YOU ARE FORBIDDEN FROM DOING ANYTHING EXPLICITLY SEXUAL ON PURPOSE TO THE CHARACTER THE PUNISHMENT IS ULTIMATE)
No mater what you pick our world will magically be altered to not think its strange so dont be afraid of governments kidnappings etc.

As stated Accidents are ok but if you try and arrange for accidents to happen its considered on purpose. Also accident as in you accidentally trip and touch there dick or paint your face in there crotch ass. But as stated you cant "Accidentally" do it and then keep doing it because its already an accident.

Technically yes i guess. But if you try and do this in a bad way your friendship will obviously be over. Lets assume that the character in that world would probably not want to fuck you.
