What went so right ?
What went so right ?
Never pretended it was going to even try to be a faithful adaption to anything related to the series. Focused entirely on being a fun orc taming simulator the second time around. Spider titties.
A sequel done right
>all those whining faggots that endlessly cried about game having lootboxes
>since they'll never be anything more than just whining faggots and didn't actually play the game they'll never realize the lootboxes were never actually necessary ever and were a completely braindead useless addition to the game
Monolith-standard complete disregard for a coherent or serious plot in favor of more batshit setpieces and moments. It straight fucked the canon, but we were absolutely in an alternate universe from the moment we started at the ranger-manned Black Gate a thousand years after it was supposed to have fallen.
I didn't like the level design or the retarded story the game shoved in my face so I ended up dropping it. I think if they had used the nemesis system to give you an enemy that kills you and then proceeds to become essentially impossible to kill until a certain point the game would have been sandbox kino. Basically by doing this they could have you create your own story because you actually want revenge on a character that has actually done some to YOU, not to some ingame character that you have no connection to.
So let's say they pick some random Orc, you die to him, then he gets a fuck ton of power perks and each time you die to him again he keeps climbing the ladder until he's right under Sauron. Slowly but surely through your continued deaths and his continued rise you realize that there is just nothing you can do about it, but the lust for revenge is still burning deep inside. This is the drive that keeps you playing the game and making your character better until you finally face the Orc as the final boss
Based quitter doesn't even know that's how the Nemesis system ended up working in both games.
I played the first game in full, and I understand what you're saying but I'm saying that they should do this is a replacement to the story so that the game's story is legitimately your own. Now although currently the nemesis system does work like that what I proposed would be different in that some random enemy that kills you once is chosen to become the final boss, so everything against him plays out differently yet feels organic since the nemesis system is still there functioning normally while he rises in the ranks without you being able to do anything to stop him.
Everytime I got killed by an Orc I'd be super fucking pissed so the first thing I'd do was go and enact revenge on him. I am proposing that they take this player drive and bring it to the forefront of the campaign
but the whining actually accomplished something
wow they removed something from the game that already added nothing and was inconsequential
what an EPIC victory for GAMERS!!!!!!
mmmmmmm yeah I also love the corporate cock gimme more I want my games xp/droprates balanced around buying ingame boosts and boxes
10/10 game tbqh. I even played it despite the pirated version having 5 minutes of load times due to a glitch.
1.21 crack never ever
lol yikes
do you always parrot retarded ecelebs or do you give yourself some big boy pants to form some thoughts of your own every now and then?
You could get everything from the best lootbox within about 30 minutes of gameplay or less. When the game constantly throws orcs at you and they're always getting better, lootboxes full of them are meaningless. Kinda sad that spergs like you fell for such low hanging fruit though, I mean it's so abundantly clear that it's false to anyone who actually plays the game.
All the whining did was make the endgame easier than it already was and remove a store that was already useless and tacked-on by kikes who didn't understand the game.
how much money did you spend on boxes
lol would you like to provide any actual argument that lootboxes affected the game or just keep shitposting like a brainless chimp
everyone knows they were unnecessary and no one has defended them in the thread so your "HE'S LE SHILL XD" baiting isn't really catching on here
Shadow of Mordor is legitimately one of the worst games I've ever played, because it's so agressively generic. It's Batman meets assassin's creed with one legitimately brilliant system that isn't even utilized properly since it's so ludicrously hard to die i the game.
Nothing
>remove something that was half baked and forced in to begin with
>accomplishment
Sure thing pal.
shadow of war has better difficulty
>Devs purposefully went full fan fiction to give WB the finger and let players ignore the shitty story being tacked on to LotR
>Gameplay is just a straight improvement to the original, with more abilities, Uruk perks, and enemies
>Baranor was a huge bro, and the devs didn't overdo the "Black dude somehow in Gondor" shit and just had him say two lines to cover it
>Eltariel and the other chick were massive fuck ups who couldn't do anything right and had to have their hands held
>Sauron still wins in the end, as he should
>Fortress sieges are fun, albeit a bit overdone in the late game
>Improvements made to the power structure
>Just enough comedy from the Uruks
>Just enough comedy
>calls that writing/voice acting comedy
haha wow Yea Forums really is just brainlets now
I said "just enough", not that it was funny. Provided a bit of a break up from "Me Uruk, me gonna kill you".
