Are the DLC's worth it? Also any good mods?

I'd say both are, just for more of the Ancestor being a lovable asshole.

Oh, and some quality of life mods like inventory stacking and one that lets any level heroes go on any mission. You'll need that to help low level heroes grind.
I also used some Crusader skins I liked.

Fucks early game, don't enable the dungeon itself till week 40+ if its your first time. Enable districts and the character from the start. Good dlc. Mod to remove death from crimson curse is unironically good, don't let people meme you with MUH DIFFICULTY.

Swordbreakers great, got it on sale with no regrets. Crystal shits fine but lacking in story, its basically a post game challenge mode, no new characters and it gives you OP trinkets. Don't bother with it in my opinion.
