before you say Borderlands, keep in mind that Borderlands is a single player or at max two player game, while Devision is jet another "always online, kinda mmo" just like Anthem and Destiny which both where not much fun either

If you live in Europe, you're always allowed a refund within 14 days. With digital products the general rule is less than 2 hours of playtime. Keep pestering them.

Unlike the first game where everything took a ton of bullets at higher levels, the second game has no damage sponges. Everything including the player goes down almost as fast as a pure action shooter. The RPG stats in regards to damage are largely fluff due to the damage normalization.
