Depends on how the game is programmed and how the mechanic fits in with the rest of the gameplay.

you have 100% that a single crit is happening. 1/1
you have 50% that the second crit happening. 1/2

add that shit up. 1/1 + 1/2 = 2/3

C-C
C-N
N-C
each of them with an equal chance (because of the 50% crit chance), only the first case is acceptable, so the answer is 33.3%, i suppose

You hit an enemy twice in one hit. So if you hit an enemy twice, it would account to four hits. Assuming one hit is guaranteed, lets say during the first set of hits, that means that all the others hits are 50%. So if all hits were going to be crits, we would have to flip the coin three times, meaning the answer is 12.5%
