if you didn't get your td2 key exactly at reset amd said you have to put in a ticket with proof of purchase and wait 5-6 days. the same thing happened with re2 when it came out.

no, this is from the amd rewards for buying an amd gpu. amd is withholding keys because of 'fraud' making people provide proof of purchase.
