She's already made up her mind, her friends who share a much nicer place are offering to let her move in with them. The invite was not extended to me, naturally.
What's worse is that our sub-standard living conditions are THE main reason our relationship has been falling apart, but we haven't had the money to move out until recently (because she had a shit job that barely covered her share of expenses which left me shouldering the majority of the financial burden), and still have till like September on this current lease. Living in a 300~ square foot crappy apartment with barely enough room to exist will try any relationship, whether it's friends or a married couple.
I'll admit, everything's a huge pain in the dick living here. Can't have normal furniture because it won't fit up the skinny ass stairs that lead up here. Cooking is doable but super inconvenient due to shit kitchen layout/no room/undersized equipment. Parking is... a paid lot half a mile away from here, which sucks ass during the winter months. GF has a lot of junk that gets in the way and makes the place seem even more crowded than it already is. I can't wait to GTFO of here, but I'm also really patient. I don't wish this apartment upon anyone.
Anyways, she's fuckin' had it and is taking the easy way out instead of being patient, waiting out the lease, and knowing that shit gets better if you just keep your damn head down and tough it out.
