Leafeon because its colors are very earthy and pleasing to the eye; Vaporeon because it has the most creative design; Umbreon because it just looks cool.

Hypothetical 'normal' evolution, because i unironically like eevee the most, and an older /stronger version would be cool.

Let's all be honest here, Leafeon is the coolest.

For me it's: Leafeon > Umbreon > Sylveon

It's a shame we haven't gotten more pokemon like Leafeon whom are able to balance the animal and plant aspects, most tend to just be an animal with flowers or an outright flower which I think has gotten dull over the years, so it'd be good to see something like Leafeon again one day (Sawsbuck wasn't bad for that)
