Berseria has pretty fun gameplay and a fantastic (IMHO, of course) main cast. The main plot is fairly loose and predictable, but it's basically just an excuse for the characters to interact. It's also about 60 hours, and very little happens in the middle of it.

Try Monster Hunter World or Dragon Quest XI later, even Ni No Kuni II and Final Fantasy XV are good games
