Fusion: Shit tier Trials game with poor level design, aesthetic, forced meme garbage all over the place. Cohesive menu system with great level selection, and progression that actually rewards playing the tracks well Rising: Amazing Trials game with fantastic level design, back to basics, no meme nonsense. Shit menu, terrible level selection and an XP grind that doesn't actually reward playing well
Why is it so hard to get it right? They came so close with this one, amazing game where everything in the periphery is utter shit, it's almost as if Ubisoft is a cancerous company that forced their hand.
>Private multiplayer not in the game at launch >Lootbox system that only exists to trick you into buying items with real money >Day 1 DLC >Bad progression >Always online >Uplay AND denuvo I am definitely not buying it.
Leo Evans
Nah, RedLynx has always been retards who don't understand why their games are good. HD and Evolution were both flukes.
Ryder Phillips
>Private multiplayer not in the game at launch literally who cares >Lootbox system that only exists to trick you into buying items with real money not true at all, you literally cannot buy lootboxes with real money. It is literally not possible to do so in the game >Day 1 DLC It's not an excuse, but every fucking game has a season-pass now. >Bad Progression >Always Online >Uplay and denuvo all true.
It is sad what they did to the periphery of this game, all of it is pretty shit. But the gameplay and tracks themselves are the best Trials ever been.
Aiden Thompson
Rising in terms of level design is better than Evolution, and definitely rivals HD.
With 3 great ones on their belt, I'm more inclined to say that Fusion was a fuck-up where they decided memes were the greatest thing on the planet and forgot how to make a good Trials game.
WELCOME TO THE FUTURE slot the vita one in their above shit and you're good
Michael Reed
The music selection sucks even though we have music from every trials game in the track editor.
Leo Powell
what was the vita one? Frontier or something? Trials have always had terrible music unfortunately.
Jace Jenkins
>no meme nonsense. Really? >praise the sun >professor fat meme >dab >shiba inu >meme t-shirts everywhere
Kayden Ross
Why the hate for Evolution? I thought Evo was HD but with more content?
Jacob Martinez
It was called urban trials or something was pretty good, got me into the series
Noah Russell
meme shit in the periphery isn't the same as Fusion which is literally fucking meme central to the very core, and got even worse with the dlc.
Yes this game has dumb celebrations, but that is nowhere near the level of fucking le unicorn and le penguin tennis. Also all the dumb memeshirts is just made by users, not redlynx.
>fat meme shut the fuck up. University of Trials is not meme tier at all, they're fucking amazing tutorials.
James Sanders
No hate at all, Evolution is an amazing game, but Rising feels like it does everything better in terms of track design.
I love Evolution.
Hunter Clark
Did Redlynx make this? I can't find it on their wiki page.
Grayson Green
In fusion you don't have to see this stuff unless you actually want to but in rising you are bombarded with memes at the start and end of every race.
Carson Diaz
What are you talking about? The entire aesthetic of Fusion is a meme, it even has a meme story with announcers talking over your riding all the time.
That game missed the entire point about this series, fuck not to mention the fucking awful trick system. I understand hating all the bullshit attached to Rising, but how do you not recognize it for returning to proper form? If you played the levels you'd know that is fucking leagues better than Fusion was.
Oh? maybe it's a knock off apparently it was made by Tale multimedia
Kevin Roberts
It's not a meme if it is a self contained thing. >tricks They are just a side thing, you don't have to use them >proper form Do you mean thematic, there are tons of normal tracks in fusion
Leo Sullivan
I mean thematic, yes. Fusion strayed too far, weird aesthetic, too memey, levels were a sore to look at.
Yes Fusion has normal tracks, it has a ton of them, but they're nowhere near the level that HD/Evo and Fusion are. Fusion possibly has the best tracks in the entire series, and while I understand hating a lot of things about that game, I think the level design deserves praise, not only do they look fantastic but they are actually incredibly well designed.
Isaac Turner
Sure all true and I can understand liking the realistic approach more but I rather have unicorns, blood dragons and penguins in space as optional content than Fortnite tier zoomer shit and memes in my face all the time.
Landon Phillips
The Rising beta was really good except the terrible design of the tournament system. Performance no longer shit. Crack when
Asher Brooks
Also I meant to say that Rising has the best tracks, not Fusion, lol. Fusion has the worst out of the bunch.
I don't know, I guess I'm sympathetic to your criticism, but I feel like player characters made by people is just not the same as the entire make-up of the game design being bad. Sure seeing a dumb character skin is silly, but that's another person, that's not fucking Redlynx putting a monkey on a unicorn and going "EPIC STYLE LE RENDUM"
I just don't feel like the custom content in Rising is anywhere near as bad as the baseline aesthetic of Fusion.
Thomas Robinson
why did a Finish company change their logo to the Oakland Raiders?
