Dante passed on the torch to Nero and Dante and Vergil ended up not having to kill each other and became family again yet still are continuing their rivalry since they both love fighting and are also making sure demons don’t come up. It’s a happy ending that wasn’t totally cliche.

Urizen alone broke the power limiters, Sin Devil Trigger Sons of Sparda are completely off the charts. Even if Mundus returns, he's pretty much an ant compared to them.

What if Mundus and Sparda were just at that level already? Like they were all so far ahead of the rest of the demon world. And that's why Sparda was able to beat back the rest of them. Cause Rebellion, Yamato and Sparda are all parts of his power and not the whole thing.

I'm not qualified to answer this question because I don't know what you mean nor do I understand exactly what's going on in DMD. Sometimes enemies glow but I just keep attacking them, sometimes attacks break through but sometimes they don't.

Capcom lists it as 2.4 million sales as of now, which is still 600,000 LESS than 4. And remember, DmC was in humble bundles and tons of sales, so the ales figures have been boosted over the years with these.
