Varies widely by game. 1 is too slidey/arcadey. 2/3 hit a really good balance. 4 gets realistic enough I find going fast genuinely difficult.
2 is best

I don't know, man. I've been playing GT since the PS1 days and no game has been more of an insult at launch than Sport. I like the free content and it looks great, but I can't get over the E-Sports "REAL MOTOSPORTS" circlejerking.

Yeah it looks great because cel shading, but it's complete ass when it comes to how it controls. Even after a rerelease they still couldn't fix the shitty handling.

I see Sport as an in between step towards the next gen future of the franchise. I don't think "Sport Mode" in particular will be full game based like it currently is, but will instead be just a section in a larger, classic formula style game next gen.

In terms of sheer quality, it's damn near God Tier. It didn't have a lot, but what it had was as perfect as the series got. It was ONLY the lack of content that made me keep it at High and not God.

The real motorsports circlejerk is fun. Project CARS promised us that and couldn't do it. It sucks there's no "full" GT game on the PS4 but there's definitely a market and function for Sport and it dosen't belong in low tier.
What's the alternative besides buying Iracing or playing games on their last legs like Asetto Corsa?
