Bad news actually, it says that Halo 5 says it isn't compatible with windows 10, and MCC removed any trace of pc compatibility.

Obviously not. Go and give it a try, it's free.
It's the same engine running on PC, with the same assets as the console version.
They literally ported the game to PC but only included Forge mode.

If they wanted, they COULD port the rest of the game. It is not in anyway "incompatible" with PC.
