Anyone else looking forward to this ?

Anyone else looking forward to this ?

Nope.

I like the aesthetic, so, yes.

I’m a bit scared of the dragonrot mechanic, fucking me over somehow
Permanent penalties make me anxious

I'm mildly concerned at the replayability of the game.
I don't think what has been shown of its combat system can sustain multiple playthroughs.

I know little about it but I'm excited, can someone fill me in on what we've learned about it so far?

he finna dab on em

also nah. i'll watch this game on streams but i have no real interest in it myself. souls games were on the decline majorly since DaS2 and i dont think making it into a nioh clone without the loot was the solution. be fun to watch other people play tho.

Cringe zoomer mentality.

I'm looking forward to sodapoppin/forsen rage quitting it, otherwise fuck this weebshit

>possibly more narrative heavy, with a voiced protag
>quick combat, maybe faster than BB
>stealth and parkouring elements
That's it

whats wrong with it? the game doesn't look like something i wanna play but i'd like to see what its actually like.

also you really can't call anyone a zoomer when you use cringe as an adjective you fucking pleb

Looks boring . Tired of samurai formula.. with more dark souls shit . Might pirate it

Indian detected.

Why do you morons space out your punctuation?

Reddit detected. Why do you retards space out your posts?

Does

Anger

You?

Nah, Yea Forums is too busy looking at cuckporn. Don't worry about them tho. They don't matter :)

Go back

I hope from when all out on this one, the gameplay looks fun

the diablo loot system was the worst part of nioh though (actually maybe enemy variety but loot a close second)

I think pretty much everybody is looking forward to it besides several homosexuals on this forum that are just mad bois.

Nope... I don't like traditional Japanese environments.

Yep, pretty hyped honestly.

No and I wish Soulsfags would stop harping on about every minute of every day on here. At least 4 threads up about it at any one time

Yes. Looks like it was made for me. It's been a long time since I've played a simple action/adventure title. No extra bullshit, no ambitions to be some epic cinematic experience, just me and a solid video game.

Yeah. A lot actually.

hype as fuck, can't wait. everything else gets more boring everyday

Nope. I lost my eyes when my last GF ambushed me in my sleep.

No. I already played Nioh.

I am

How do you type?

>realise I never gave Bloodborne more than a basic single playthrough
>waiting for Sekiro to get cheap and going to buy Old Hunters when it's next on sale and play through Bloodborne again
Feels good

The Dragonrot mechanic is actually making me excited because it means there are consequences to just throwing yourself face first into situations and dying as opposed to playing smart and avoiding pointless deaths.

Not really. I'm tired of Souls formula desu.

My mom reads the post and then i tell her what to type.

Say hello to your mom for me.

The combat is completly different from souls. It wont be comparable to BB

>nioh clone

why yes im looking forward to the game made by the same team and director @From that made Bloodborne and ds1! Especially considering they started this title on their own without the initial push from any publisher and are taking more dev time than with past games
read pic related, I was talking abt replayability last night with an user, we're concerned abt replayability because we're applying the same rules that do to souls games (souls games have better replayability bc weapons, this doesnt have various weapons so bad replayability) but we need to comprehend that we still dont fully know how the new systems operate and how these might interact with multiple playthroughs.
As for replay value simply based in combat:
>experience is lost when dying so harder to build up talent tree. Could start diff playthroughs focusing on diff skills to vary early game combat moves
>99% sure that boss memories + that other rare item shown which name I cant remember are used to create new combat moves bassed on the bosses themselves (we've already seen sekiro use a killing move from the butterfly hag in the tgs trailer, same butterfly was late seen in the GI coverage). That other item worked similar to how spirit orbs do in BOT, you either use 4 to increase health/posture or combine with memories to create new moves.
>So in eery other playthrough we'll have to consider what combat moves you want to get
nioh doesnt have any of the traversal systems, world interconnectivity and stupidly good level design we'll get here. Also no enemy variety

Most people don't care about multiple playthroughs. Devs shouldn't bother.

Good thing it isnt a souls game then

absolutely and I'm not even really into the setting

Yeah, but I can't afford it right now.

Fuck off you anti-consumer fag

Ok i'll tell her.

then this is the game for you
