sure but don't get any other VRs until they figure out how to be better in every way.

if you have a pro yes, base ps4 can be blurry depending on the game
what game were you gonna get? you may or may not be better off saving up for oculus.

It's a neat toy, just don't expect to be amazed by visual fidelity or graphics, most games are around PS2/early PS3 levels of detail. All the PSVR games go on deep discount pretty regularly during sales, just wait a month or so after any game releases and you'll get it cheap. I paid about the same for my PSVR as you're about to, and feel like I got my money's worth out of it.

get PCVR instead

If you're serious about VR get a rift or vive, the psvr isn't on the same level

Yes, a bunch of good games for it

got one for around 220 like a month ago. it was the beat saber and borderlands 2 pack. beat saber is good, but not 200 dollars of good. the psvr also lead sto missed swings even when playing in a completley dark room which is more than aggravating when its close to the end of a song. borderlands helped me discover im motion sick, but even if i wasnt i can tell the combat later will be held back cause it wasnt designed for vr. they even added aslo mo mode to compensate. 2nd gen vr is right around the corner. just wait. a pc vr headset will have greater utility in the long run too. i bought it just to check it out and panned on returning it. i didnt just to hold on to it for the novelty i have a kinect toofruit ninja is great and cause im irresponsible with my money and still live at home.get it only if you know you have the option to return it. if youre like me you will have to force yourself to use it after the first week.

It's this gen's Sega 32x.
If you can find one for less than $150 it's a fair purchase, but you shouldn't really pay more than that.
There's also the possibility that the PS5 will get PS4VR ports, maybe wait for that.

>200$ device isnt on the same level as the 800$ one
Kek

Are there naked girl games on psvr?

not quite naked, but DOA Xtreme has skimpy string bikinis and pole-dancing.

you can watch 180/360 degree video if you put the porn on a USB. scale is often a bit off though

I have an Vive should I get psvr too?

Yes. If you've never done VR before, it's great. Just be ready for the tracking to not be 100% perfect. The best experiences are seated.
>Astro Bot
>Wipeout Omega
>Farpoint
>Tetris Effect
>Firewall: Zero Hour
>RE7
>Statik
>Bound
all worth it.

It has the best exclusives, IMO it's totally worth it. Seet. vive owner since 2016

Mmm... excellent.

If you use the HDR features on the PS4pro, make sure you get the revision VR headset that Sony kept super secret for no reason.

The origional processor unit doesnt have HDR passthrough, so you have to constantly disconnect the fucking thing when not using it.

Sony fucked me and I got stuck with the old model, and I'm still fucking mad about it.

I cant even buy the new processor unit either, because they changed all the fucking connectors to make sure the old headset wont plug into it.

SONY, FOR THE PLAYERS

>if you have a pro yes, base ps4 can be blurry depending on the game
I have both and while pro is better, for the most part it isn't a huge leap by any means.

>that Sony kept super secret for no reason.
I remember reading all about the revision right before it was released on some psvr groups.

Astro Bot is genuinely a 9/10 and one of the best games released this generation.

I say go for it. There´s a couple of pretty solid games that justifies getting one at this point.

this. had a regular ps4 and then got a pro through a contest.
some games have some added bonuses when playing through a pro like additional graphical effects and such but it hardly makes a difference.

sharpness on the graphics arent really THAT big of an improvement either. stuff like text is slightly sharper but still not really a big difference.
games still run the same for the most part as well.

No. Just wait and buy an Oculus Quest when it releases in a few weeks.

Wait for ps5 and vr

>tuff like text is slightly sharper but still not really a big difference.
It's a pretty big difference IMHO. On the base model all menu text was blurry and I had to stop and squint at it often, now I've got a pro it's much more legible.
Sounds like a small thing but it makes a world of difference in practice.

>make sure you get the revision VR headset that Sony kept super secret for no reason.
they fucking talked about this on their blog multiple times. its your fault that you dont read video game blogs.

plus they dont even sell the old model anymore. they stopped a long while ago.
so unless the user is buying it used, hes gonna be getting the new version.

Wipeout omega is worth it alone imho but definitely not for everyone

>tfw on Valentines day spent 24 hours downloading non-stop HD vr porn videos off pornhub free premium
God dam I legit want to get a premium membership now just so I can go back and download more.
