Every time you change style, Dante says it out loud. You change styles really fast as Dante for infinite air attacks.

Whenever you switch styles, Dante says the name of the style, and makes a pose if you're standing still. If you rapidly switch styles, he keeps interrupting himself and quickly switches poses and it's amusing and silly.

Why do missions 11 and 12 have the purple icon on loading screens like for V if he's not playable

Against regular enemies he's generally easy mode. Against bosses it's pretty much a different story due to Griffon and Shadow not being the most precise.

Gonna mention it again. V's boss fight was clearly not tested on higher diffculties. If you try to keep moving so the tentacles don't hit you, your summons spazz the fuck out because they think you're trying to do some combo. I've had Shadow just spin in the air for like 10 seconds without hitting anything or Griffon does his lightning explosion thing when I really just want him to shoot it instead.

What stronger version of Vergil are you referring to? There is no stronger version of Vergil than the one present at the end of 5. He can't even beat 5 Vergil given that during their time in hell, Vergil says outright that their score is tied for victories and losses. They're literally equals. Dante beating Nero in 4 doesn't mean much given that Nero didn't have his DT yet. Something he has now that instantly broke both Dante and Vergil out of their Sin DT's with a single push.

Both V and Urizen vere uncomplete without eachother - Urizen had to absorb human blood 24\7 and V had to do the same with demons blood. V has already been half dead before the fight, if Dante\Nero finish Urizen before letting him rejoin with V, V obviously die and fade away with dust in mere hours\days.

Sin DT > Fruit boost, that's why Dante beat Urizen. However, refused Vergil had obtained the same conditions as Dante initially did and thus gained Sin DT himself, putting them on equal level. Until they come out of hell and say who won their competition, there's no clear victor to their battle since Nero interrupted their duel to the death by busting them both out of Sin DT with a single strike.

I think you do it by beating more Demons than Vergil at the credits, it's either that or getting Nico's praise at the credits when you're playing Nero. He's bound to be less popular than Nero and Dante when people are already attached to them and they have much more expansive movesets. I still like V, but a lot of what makes him likable is the novelty of his playstyle, and if that novelty doesn't appeal to you then he's bound to pale in comparison to Dante and Nero.

You can't do a buster while locking on, otherwise you will just do a snatch, on that webm i kept locking on just to face Vergil all the time, but i let go of it when he was charging at me and then pressed RT

V isn't fully vergil, just like how Urizen isn't fully Vergil either.
Vergil is just the fusion of the two, they have similar memories but aren't "the same people". (well technically they are but you understand.)

I said I wouldn't buy another Crapcom game since they fucked up DMC5 but if I could invade people in DD2 I would buy it. That would be fucking hilariously stupid if it played anything like DD1, and hacks would be ridiculous.
