Never in a million years. That control would be nightmare to mass produce, no way it's cost effective. And you need to package at least two after the NES and SNES came with 2 and the N64 is even more of a multiplayer console than those. Plus a lot of their best games are 4 player. And a large percentage of their essential games are owned by Rare or other companies.
