2 made the combat more fun but had god awful world and level design, which was actually quite nice in 1. 1s levels were hand crafted and that made exploring them relatively interesting. 2 is generated and nothing but thin paths and is so samey it hurts.

SNK 40th released last year on switch with like 12 games. 10 more were added for free via DLC.

After the last DLC came out they announced a physical versoin for PS4 with all base game + dlc.

Switch version is inferior because it only contains half the game. I think they are just repackaging the old switch version to resale along with the PS4 release. I have read nothing to clear up if they are going to release the base game + dlc version on the physical switch cart or if they are just going to make you download half the game again.

The Atlus script seemed fine to me, so I'm not sure what they'd change. There was maybe two or three errors I noticed, only in a couple enemy descriptions and one in the music selection menu.

They will re-use it because Atlus doesn't own the translation, FuRyu does.
