the developer actually started working for bungie as of 2012, probably contract clauses preventing him from doing outside projects.
Also wish he would add in all of the helmet variants, only way I'm ever gonna get the haunted helmet

wait, i'm retarded, you can't use the cape with the robot arm. i switched to the arm once i unlocked it, and the chest with the shotgun shells is just the one with the arm
